Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez spearheads a new mural on San Fernando Road with artist Erica Friend. The project was produced by 11:11 Projects and features local landmarks and wildlife.
A supporting team of 6 local artists painted the mural over 3 weeks in Sylmar, CA. Residents love it. When will the next giant landmark come to the East San Fernando Valley?
